About Henrique Costa

Henrique Costa, manager formed in Harvard (Alumni 2016), has 17 years of experience in managing people, processes and technology areas.
He currently he lives in the United States because of his connections with managers and entrepreneurs, but he has called home Brazil and Mexico and visited more than 42 countries. Henrique is influential with political, economic and social leaders from Latin America.
In Mexico, he revolutionized the country’s sanitation sector. He has led consulting projects in Africa, as well as participated in the creation of alliances with Asian investments funds. In Europe, he maintains commercial relations with the objective of market opening and partnerships.
Concerned about finding solutions that improve the quality of life, he is the author of 12 books on people management and business management seeking better operational and financial results. In the academic area, he teaches at Uniabes, Brazil’s largest distance course platform on environmental sanitation. In the international level, he has published articles in several magazines.
